Meet Us

My name is Anisa Diaz and I am the proud Choreographer/Co-Founder of 3-2-1 Action! Kids’ Musical Theatre. Building this company has become a dream career, and I’m so lucky to get to work alongside my sister and best friend, Athena. For over a decade, we have enjoyed pouring countless hours into producing over 30 musicals! Each and every production is lovely and unique in it’s own way and holds a special little place in my heart! Working with all the children (and adults) that have stepped into the spotlight has really been a wonderful experience and I am very thankful for the hard work each performer dedicates to our theatre family. Athena and I are both very excited to keep growing this company because it is one of the most fulfilling experiences I have gotten to be a part of. I am truly blessed because “work” does not feel like “work” when THIS is my job!!!

My name is Athena Hansen and I am the proud Director/Co-Founder of 3-2-1 Action! Kids’ Musical Theatre. Watching the development of our company over the past 15 years has been an absolute dream come true! And nothing beats getting to work together with my sister/best friend! Fourteen year old me would have thought, “Wow! I can’t believe this is actually my job!” I truly can’t wait for what’s in store for 3-2-1 and I hope our theatre continues to touch the lives of many more actors in the next 15 years and beyond.
